I reported Kathy to the SEC

Just like I reported Westergaard. I also reported her unprofessional investor relations behavior to all of her clients. She is listed as investor relations in the SEC docs of TK's npct deal and mbpt... She states she is not investor relations. She is lying. Her site is linked form the company websites. She is also committing fraud. She told everyone that the toxic deal was a great deal and would be good for the share price. She said Kernaghan was a reputable firm. She calls herself an information retrieval service when she's just a paid hypester.

Then she denied the ceo was sued by the SEC and was sued for rackaterring. Then I post it and she says it's old news, everyone knows it. Then she said he was just the attorney in the SEC suit. Then she started violating RB tos and seems to be suspended. I copied that thread and sent it to all her clients. It's full of slander. There is no TRO against me. There is no class action in the works. That's the nutcase stalker. Email him and see for yourself. I'm also ahead in the ashton lawsuit. She also intentionally tried to hide the fact that the npct was dismissed against tk. She's lying and saying they have a new big suit ready to file anywhere and any time. Bull. The woman is nuts and ripping off investors. Her soul will be going straight to hades.
