No mention has been made so far by Judge Pain of the huge memory lapses on the part of Infineon and the JEDEC members.Nor the missing documents and the gaps in memory shown by a number of companies as to the attendees at the "deadly menace meeting". Also, the Judge never levied on infineon for the increased legal costs experienced by Rambus due to the failure of Infineon to provide discovery at the correct time as he said he would. Also, no mention has been made of the fact that the law allows Rambus to draft additional claims to cover pilfering of its IP. Did Tate and Crisp lie? I don't know. But it is obvious that Judge Pain is fully on board as a member of Team DDR. He is fueling the inevitable class actions lawsuits with his ingratuitous opinions. Remember this is war and if they can they will kill Rambus. That is if they don't kill themselves first. LOL
