Suumer months are tough on retailers; but Federated stores did well last quarter. Upscale has less risk than discount in times of tough competition. JCPenny switch back and forth(changing product lines they carried) many times to ride on the economy. Good luck on this investment, we all need it. Heard AMES hired some buyers from Walmart and Target on Yahoo board?
