I wish I knew the answer to that. This market for "technology" stocks is kinda scary. There really doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason for stocks to get hit or make a quick run up. I feel just as confident playing black jack in Lake Tahoe as I do buying and selling these tech stocks in this volatile market. As far as Adtran goes, I am more inclined to buy Ascend. We distrubute data comm equipment and I can tell you that we get many more unsolicited requests for Ascend than Adtran or any other ISDN equipment. Of course this is just anecdotal information, and maybe it's because Ascend is located here in Northern California but it does seem like a better place for my money anyway. ISDN still has a long way to go but newer faster ways of transfering data, video, voice, are coming soon.
