Sure there'll be a bounce. More than one. Heck, there was a bounce for EXDS - but like you said, then there is the slide down again. The most disturbing part is loss of credibility for management. Now whatever they say, will be greeted by investors with "show me, don't tell me". That's a prescription for a low stock price, for a long time, since who is going to buy on faith, when that faith has been shaken? I think management credibility has taken a tremendous hit, especially in light of the insider selling.
