The last two times I was in Kmart, the scanners didn't work properly at all. One time I was buying two items that were 1.99 each, and the scanner insisted they were 10 dollars each. And the checkout person absolutely did not care about fixing it.

The second time the weighing machine would display the proper weight for produce but would tell the register it was ten pounds. I normally don't pay attention, but I had only three or four items, and when they asked for thirty bucks I knew something was wrong.

Kmart is one of the ten worst run companies in America.
