It was one of the worst run companies.... I don't agree with that anymore. Ever since the new CEO, I have seen changes at the local K-Mart. I would dread going there, but now I often do go there. Their quality of goods and service has improved dramatically over the last few months....in fact I was actually planning to invest in it after seeing such positive changes....
