Actually, the grapefruit was poetic license. I had some cottage cheese. When I eat grapefruit, I do add a little sugar. I have so far managed to avoid an ulcer. I quit smoking, do not drink much, and don't run around on my wife. My one big problem is that I do not exercise enough, and like food, and am portly (in my defense, it took quite a few years to build up).......
