DATEK/ISLAND SPLIT MY SELL ORDER!

Please read that statement carefully. I had a sell order split into odd lots WHEN IT WAS PLACED ON ISLAND.

I placed an order to sell 500 shares of SUNW at 36 11/16.

When I checked Island, there were sell orders to sell 32 shares at 36 11/16 and 468 shares at 36 11/16.

Well, at least now we know where some of these odd lots are coming from. :(

Subsequently, 32 shares sold, while the 468 share order sat there. I eventually cancelled the sell of 468 shares and replaced it with a lower limit. (Which sold.)

THE MONKEY BUSINESS STOPS HERE AND NOW.

DATEK OWES ME 9.99, AND OWES ALL OF US AN EXPLANATION.

I expect a plausible explanation here by Monday morning, or I am going to file a complaint with the NASD.

If this is another bug, I understand that. But acknowledge it and fix it.
