Carolyn, On the other hand I think Joe Namath played a much larger role in the history of the NFL. One hundred years from now when they are reading the history of the NFL Joe Namath will be mentioned with regard to the merging of the AFL and NFL. Joe Montana might've been a better quarterback but Joe Namath was at the right place at the right time to influence the future of the what is now the NFL. Tom
