Any sense of what is driving the stock down?

As you have written yourself, I think the unresolved issue with the default customer add uncertainty to FCBEs position. It raises at least three questions:

(1) Does FCBE have to write down some of its accounts receivables?

(2) Is this customer only the first of many which will fall and do we have to reinterpret the take-or-pay contracts?

(3) Is FBCEs chronic shortness of cash (FYI, FLINT: the problem is investment into growth, not negative cashflow from operations) and the growth prospective adversely affected?

I found the CC very defensive and it seemed that the management tried to downplay the issue as much as possible. They promised to issue a press release as soon as the issue has been resolved and the market is waiting for this PR. At the moment everything adds to the perceived risk in the stock and thus driving the stock down. After the issue is resolved, the risk will be less but depending of the outcome the value as well.

General market conditions do not help as well at the moment.
