Vitawarehouse.com, Inc. Acquires Titan Coffee & Distribution, Inc.

TEMPLE, Texas, Aug 17, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Vitawarehouse.com, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VITW) acquired Titan Coffee & Distribution, Inc. on Wednesday, Aug. 15, and has changed its operations from a Nutritional company to a beverage service company.
Titan designs, installs, supplies and maintains beverage service centers in grocery, convenience and other similar types of stores and in business offices in Texas. It commenced operations back in March 2000 as a general partnership and recently incorporated.

As part of this acquisition, current management was replaced by management and appointees of Titan. In addition, effective after close of business on Friday, August 17, 2001, Vitawarehouse.com, Inc. will change its name to "Texas Diversified Distributors, Inc.," reverse split its issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock on a one-for-five basis and increase its authorized shares of Common Stock from 25,000,000 shares, $.001 par value to 50,000,000, $.001 par value.
