We knew they (Republicans) were lying about the size of the surplus. It is a good thing they didn't get the 1.8 trillion tax cut they were asking. Their projected surpluses shows how incompetent they are in managing the economy. I'm sure glad I am not a member of the boomer generation because they are the ones who will get hurt the most by using the Social Security surplus to shift wealth to the rich.
