love to cook-- goes in cycles-- right now BBQ's later-- Italian-(I luv spinach)- and i can always pull out a wok and play stir-fly chef
herbs-- cilantro & chives (luv chive blossoms) in everything
dried rosemary for baked chicken, bay leaves so when I can learn how to make pickles--(my ma makes the best pickles without vinegar) and add to soups (potato) -basil-dill- aloes for cuts--
I have much more to learn than I know---
have you ever eaten raw tea (Camellia sinensis)leaves in salad? suppose to be very good

ever have catnip tea?

lucky to be in the NW where I can plant usually greens-- onions, mustard (fresh in salads--great), kolarabi, lettuces, cabbage, zucinni and ground stuff(carrots, beets potato) go on the road and still have some to enjoy when I get back (after I knock down the weeds<--- my speciality!)-this year has been cool and dry- but not bad-
- as time goes by I will have a better chance at being better at both cookin and gardening.
