AMD & INTC Corporate Marketing - fool.com quote boards.fool.com We recently had a meeting in which various vendors were presenting their products to our managers. One of which is AMD and another Intel. ... The AMD rep went first and gave us a presentation with materials that was around 6 months old. I mean websites had more information then what they were giving us. Nothing new except that they will beat whatever Intel has to offer. Afterwards, the Intel rep did his presentation. He acknowledged that AMD Athlon procesors are good (a big shock). Afterwards he showed us their roadmap, and how they plan on countering what AMD has to offer. Let's just say, they aren't sleeping. Overall impression, the managers are happy with Intel's presentation. ...
