Important---Bob Schiller,who predicted dead-on the NASDAQ collapse before it happened in his book "Irrational Exuberance" real specialty is Housing,and he is now calling the Housing market to be a classic bubble that is going to collapse and that the negative impact on the economy will be GREATER than the Tech Bubble collapsing.This via Bill Wolman on CNBC(he is editor BW,and Schiller is a professor at Yale--and his book was super and lucky for him it hit the books shelves just as the bubble started to leak). I posted important! because i don't want anyone saying--Hey Max why didn't you say something.LOL!! Max
