How long will we have to wait until Bush quit doing photo ops and starts rallying the economy? The markets are so filled with malaise it dumps into the economy and vice versa. When Bush told us to spend our tax cuts on higher energy prices he wasn't kidding. We already did. But now we need incentives in the right places, not just for his Texas cronies. They've fed at the trough of our money long enough.
Bush may not be able to single-handedly change the economy but he can at least try. The world might even listen if he made sense and had others ideas besides tax cuts his cronies rip off and stick in their pockets.
