HOUSING MARKET: I know next to nothing about the housing market. You and the Professor are predicting the collapse of the housing market, and the housing stock market, yes? How far along is this process? What sorts of things would trigger an end-game, collapse and capitulation of the housing stock market? When do you expect the final climactic moments to occur? What impact do you see this having on the broader market? Are there any other impending major bubble-bursts? Which ones? When? Your comic book collection is enough of a qualification for me......
