I think that if people really know all the work that went on behind the scenes, they would certainly have a different perspective of what Intel is doing. For most people, what is out of sight, is out of mind, because it doesn't exist. People say that Intel is lazy and the management is stupid, but they only base it on the FUD they see in the media. Over 80,000 people working at Intel can't all be like slaves in a slave ship being cracked by the whip of management that has no idea where they are going, except for a near-blind navigator that points them in a general direction. Yet since that is all people see, that's all they will believe. Thanks for at least some insight, though, as to what some of those 80,000+ employees are up to.
