That statement may apply to the company in this case. Remember they were at the brink of production several years ago,only to find that the technology being employed simply wouldn't cut the mustard. I believe there are still investor suits in court over that fiasco.

It is understandable that the company is reluctant to make claims that could cause further problems.That said,however,I believe they do have an obligation to keep investors informed as to material events that can affect the stock value.

I am concerned when analysts' visits are scheduled and no comment is made subsequent to the visits. I am concerned when start-ups drag on and on and production certification is still not forthccoming.

Someone suggested that certification could be made concurrent with earnings release.Seems logical, and I hope that occurs.

David Archibald did not indicate they were delaying the announcement to coincide with earnings;however,he did say he expected certification of Line 1 by next week.
