PCCW(0008) announces coorporate reorganization 2001-08-14 19:01 (Infocast News) Pacific Century Cyberoworks (0008) (PCCW) announced today a coorporate reorganization, including several new senior appointments designed to enhance the company's drive to become a customer-led integrated communications provider. The Telecom Service Sector (TSS) will be split into two groups: Commercial and Consumer, headed up by Aloysius Lee and Rita Hsu. Lee is now currenty President, Group Sales. Hsu has recently joined PCCW from Chase Manhattan Card Company Limited. They will report to William Cheung, PCCW's Group Chief Operating Officer, who has also assumed the role of Managing Director, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited. Besides, PCCW alsw announced that Roy Wilson, currently Managing Director of Telecom Service Sector, will be appointed Non-Executive Board Chairman of Corporte Access (HK) Limited and Beyong The Network Limited (formly so-called NOW.
