Hey Oz, we had technical difficulties... my previous VAIO bit the dust recently, and the new one wouldn't talk to the Camera's USB cable today. We should have that gif URL up tomorrow after the show sessions;)

As I told you when I called to check in, Hertz upgraded me to the new Volvo convertible... puts those Mustangs to shame! We are tooling around L.A. with Stanley Clarke on the CD. Too bad you couldn't arrange a last minute flight, as we took some of our customers out on the town tonight on Intraday's expense account! Oops but you're not a customer we would have had to charge you:)

How about that market, had an excellent ride short today. The Nazdogs may be entering into some kind of genuine renewed trouble here... along with the broader market as well. We think the Thursday rally was probably an anomaly associated with unwinding of positions around expiration. Maybe easy Al can save em' next week... but the market certainly took a body-slam today. The Compx made it to our next logical target since breaking down out of the trading range (1870 Compx); I rolled over a short QQQ call position (remnants a spread legged out of last week) into a short QQQ position this weekend. We have been shorting the daylights out of the $SOX components since Aug 1, the day all the CNBC moderators (and surprisingly, Murphy who is usually quite the aggregator of the technicals) declared "a bottom in the SOX". Check out the daily since then! Oh yeah, quite the bottom all right... ;)

The show is somewhat smaller this time, but attendance is better than I expected it would be, given market conditions. As usual Tim & Jim have done an excellent job of putting together a quality conference program, so we're looking forward to attending many of the seminars tomorrow.

-Steve
