As for your other counter-analogy, that would only apply to what I was saying if I went to the store, bought high volumes of Pentium 4 CPUs, and then planned to sell them all in Pentium 4 systems. And, AMD would have to publicly announce the patents that Intel is infringing on, so that I would be able to take them seriously. And of course, if I still thought AMD was full of hot air, I could still buy the systems under the assumption that they'd lose in court to Intel. If I'm wrong, and AMD wins this theoretical court case, then I may be liable for any Pentium 4 systems that I allowed to be shipped to the public. wanna_bmw
