The Levy case should not be considered a missing persons case, this is a kidnapping case and should be elevated immediately... here's why: she was never reported as being depressed, ill, or planning on taking a trip where she missed her expected itinerary..... all the known evidence shows she left the apartment at a quick moment's notice with a trusted individual with every indication she expected to return within moments... this is not characteristic of a missing persons case, this is clearly kidnapping.....
