Don't flatter yourself. For the purposes of clarification: I have a good deal of respect for consultants -- just none for you. You have given ridiculous commentary lacking in any sound logical basis and devoid of any common sense, let alone management theory, of substance.

If I am emotional, it is only because I am dismayed that there are demagogues like yourself who pass yourselves off as experts when, for those who do have business backgrounds (or common sense for that matter), can easily see through the charade you play. Read your posts again, you have attempted to elicit anger and demean much to no avail. Your attempted insults have fallen comically flat -- I suggest you look in the mirror and ask yourself who the one getting emotional truly is.

You refuse to accept that there may be something beyond your underlying mantra of "replacement theory" but you call me closed minded.

That said, it was often repeated by my former professor that anyone can say that they are a "management consultant" -- and it is clear that anyone does. Consultants may indeed be able to help me. You obviously cannot.

I wish any of your clients, if there are any at all, the best of luck -- because quite clearly they will need it.
