I enjoy your thread - The Coming Financial Collapse of 2001. It has attracted a number of sophisticated intellects. I'm not quite sure why. Maybe folks with high IQs see more complexity and therefore more potential for things to go wrong, which leads to undue pessimism. Unfortunately, the premise of the thread could not to date be more wrong.

All I can say to this is - prove it. Show me a pre-12/31/99 post criticizing the Fed's monetary policies.
