I think if you go to any brokerage you will find people in arbitration and people who are not happy with their service in one way or another. Although there are many problems reported on this thread, keep in mind that DATEK has thousands of customers, and I'm willing to bet a vast majority are satisfied. Personally I've been happy with DATEK so far, but my expectations are not necessarily as great as others in this thread. I place limit orders and don't require immediate execution. So far DATEK has managed to fill all of my orders at or below my limit.
