Growing up as a military brat, putting roots down didn't enter the consciousness. (Thank you, Cold War) I have fond memories of some of the places we lived in, but they are better staying as memories. I embarked on an odyssey a few years ago and visited some of the places we were stationed in, but you know what Thomas Wolfe said... Wow! Our experiences are similar. I'm still looking for that place myself. JLA
