the price of the stock to keep out of DELISTING problems

Good point. Just what are the rules for delisting? I checked www.nasdaq.com and all it had was a phone number.
A poster on Yahoo claimed another stock floundered under a buck for some time and was not delisted. It could be
that it is decided by a committee so they can be relaxed in times of market slides--- like now.
