Hi all, I need a little help....
My bro inlaw has a AOL acct..let me lay out what I know.....
The pc is windows 98..and he has been using AOL as an ISP and the browser and e-mail that is typical AOL...He intends to cancel AOL..
He wants to remove ALL, EVERYTHING, COMPLETE, reference to AOL from this pc...and has asked me to help...(he may never speak to me again if I screwitup)

He has a new ISP and e-mail address from the local bell co and it's a DSL line...

He would like to use IE as the std ...NOT the AOL thingy..

Is there a way to transfer the bookmarked or maybe they are called favorite site's from within the AOL list and bring them into the IE and save as Favorites, but NO AOL stuff allowed ...???

He would like to retain the e-mail list that's in AOL...how is that done ? Can this list be imported to a new address book within Outlook Express ?

THere's probably more questions that I dont even know to ask.....any and all help is appreciated...

Thanks
Hal
