Pluvia, I think that 3.5 is a very good price, at least it will look so a year hence.

Now, a little advice my friend. I checked with my lawyer on one of your posts alleging that you heard the that reason for McLeod's firing was misappropriation of funds ( or embezlement). You better be careful how you word your allegations, if McLeod was a litigous man, he could be all over you. I know of at least one case where internet postings were a cause for a trial. The internet is considered a print medium from a legal point of view. To protect itself, SI has now promulgated "Term of Use" which absolves them, but it does not absolve the writers of posts. Unless you have factual information to back up your claim, I would post a rewording with sources or an apology to McLeod. He may come after you and that will not be pleasant. You must differentiate between opinions on company's management (covered by your first amendment rights) and allegation of illegailties and improprietary acts (not covered by the above amendment).

Cheers

Zeev
