I was reticent in not giving you the time span of reference, ...sorry! I am looking at a month or more for the pattern to set up. That is why I have no disagreement with your analysis. It sounds correct and probably will come to pass (except for the lights out part, ...lol, that is where you and I part ways).

I received the Stratfor email for well over a year. That convinced me to join the pay site (random individual articles). They need to keep up that program.
