Aw, come on. Somebody has to go first.

You're bigger than they are.

(Well, in some ways. Don't know whether any of them have weight problems or not.)

Make the gesture first.

Show that the right wing extremists are the true gentlemen of the world.

Think of it this way. If you keep them moderated off, every time you say something nasty about them you have to deal with that little voice inside yourself which, since you are not a moral relativist, you do have, that says "it really isn't fair, is it, to attack somebody who you're prohibiting from defending themself?" You may drown out the voice, but it's still there.

But if you moderate them in, you can attack all you want and have the satisfaction of hearing the voice say "what a fair and honorable man your are, you only attack those to whom you allow the right to defend themselves."

And what's more, using Poet's logic, if you say something nasty and she can't refute it, she has no responsibility for it. But if you let her post, and say something nasty, and she doesn't refute it, she has participated in and approved of it. So in future posts you can honorably call her a racist, or hypocrite, or whatever, and not feel the slightest twinge of remorse because you're simply applying her own rules to herself.

Much more satisfying to you, I would think. No??
