Phil; You are very correct that the software end is where the profit is. That's where your forcast could probably break down.What a plumb for a hardware manufactuer or other software company..The associations made to date with IBM and Computer Associates atestes to the quality of management and product. As such, a small entity in a burgeing market potential they have no defence to a take over. Well funded now, as opposed to a number of years ago as a MOT spin off,the price will be steep. The stock acts well, my technical target of $42.00 C looks good, the take over price? try $60.00C.,within the year. BG
