JEB-- The 'fund' guys are not permitted to buy penny stocks by their charter,, Most of the time they are limited to issues over $5 or higher. They also want to see some space under their buy limit. Additionally, as the buy so much-- LOL,, 1MM shares of scln is pocket change,,,,, they REQUIRE vol to get in/out without moving the price against themselves. Few will ever see a co with less than 100K avg daily vol ever hit their search screens and most want more than that!
