actually if these DOJ guys don't have anything else to do, why not starting to inquire why folks like Meeker contributed to inflate worthless companies, thereby making it so much easier for venture capitalists and money managers to rob people's hard earned cash ? I am not a lawyer but in my lingo I would call this "sabotage" or "fraud". Is this palatable enough to the judicial system ? :-) Oh yeah it's higher priority to spot the illegal XP feature :-)
