70-80 percent signals should be considered a weak signal,
and may result in a 4-7 pct move from high-low or low-high
for the S&P 500. 85 and above should be considered a
strong signal, and may result in a 7-10 pct move. When both
the confirmed signals and unconfirmed signals exceed 80-85
pct buys, then the corresponding move in the index may
approach 15-20 pct. As of now, the general market is bordering on a weak signal. |
