I'm copying Ron's post on SH here. I haven't had time to listen to the conference call yet though I'm minutes away. Ron, That sounds like she's not only sure - but very relieved. REK has never to my knowledge been so definitive and confident in her statements re approvals. I quote " I am prescribed by legistation not to disclose details but I can say with great comfort and great confidence that we will get approval in the US and we will be the first topical application approved". She was all but shouting from the rooftops. Asked about a curve from left field she defended her confidence in no uncertain terms. This ties in with OXO's pleasure to link with DMX because of it's FDA navigational expertise. IMO, these are done deals. The NICE report all but removes COX II's as a first line prescription for OA. This opens the door wide for Pennsaid. Check out the link on my SI post of earlier today. REK leaned heavily on this report in her ROB TV interview. This is a major event.
