Elmer, Re: <VIA...and were promptly sued, settling on undisclosed terms out of court....> You seem to be implying that VIA in some way reimbursed INTC or licensed something from INTC as a result of the court action. It seems to me, that at the time, I heard that INTC apologized to VIA, paid their legal costs, and went away. Do you have anything to dispute that version? tgptndr
