Challo-- I use RoadRunner for cable. They have a pretty good 24/7 help desk. Much better to call during business hours as those that have been around awhile work the best shifts. Weekends-- I'll fix my own. For dialup I've had ATTGLOBAL since they were IBMGLOBAL ,,, about '89. They have the greatest service imagineable! I keep them for the times the cable farts,,,, but they are great. I was grandfathered with them,,, they are not Worldnet but I hear no complaints on that either..
