Unlike Dan, I would appreciate it if you pointed out one of my mistakes.

So.... you now admit that most probably, Intel does not use the notched poly process in their .13um process based on Intel's own technical presentation (which you claimed to have all ready read). Also, I point out that this entire
exchange started with YOU calling Dan in error by joyfully proclaiming "Wrong again, Dan. this notched poly technique is still used in all of Intel's processes" So....if you look like an ass, it's not of my doing. In my opinion, you are as PURE an Intel fudster as there is on these threads.
