Those surging t-bills will only throw more fuel on that fire. And those oil drillers are still real busy, even though their stock is in the dumps. Looks like the 'heavy metal' leads the recovery. Keep on truckin'! However, the long term secular growth story is in tech, so its hard to completely forget about those stocks.
