i believe that the judgement calls for cash payments not to exceed $500,000 in total to ex members of aol plus one free hour to every member plus one additional free hour for every 300 hours billed over the 5 year period in question. no big deal and may even be a positive to get this cloud off the stock as the shorts were bringing this up a lot (the judgement relates not to illegal billing but to insufficient disclosure). amer has been establishing new support around $40 we'll see how it hold up on monday!
