LOL! No reason. Only a guess that there are some with still high flying stock that would like to add the R&D here to their stable. With all the patents expiring in the next months this could be a hell of a gamble for someone. I wish there were rumors,, but the big guys must be getting antsy and looking for new drugs to add rev/eps to replace the $$ the loss of patents will cause... Just another guess but from the 4 range 6 - 7 would be a relatively cheap premium and IF,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
