Dadblast it Zeev,

I confess, I don't believe any of these SEC exercises in computational nondisclosure. As far as I am concerned they are just tiny pieces of the big touchy feely pie that makes me holler for more. Yes they may have needed "math" to build the pyramids but I'll be danged if they needed "math" to trade a pig.

Example-
Here's what you quoted as forward guidance:

Revenue for the third quarter ending September 30, 2001 is currently anticipated to increase to between $7 million and $8 million, due primarily to anticipated increases in shipments toward Ramtron's volume purchase agreement with Ampy Automation, as well as expected increases in development fees.

Now, from my stand point, if my sun is going to rise and set on the numbers, I look at the 2.5 million cash and that 1 million swing in projected revenue given half way through the quarter already and I put the chalupa down right now. No questions asked. The end. There's almost (but not quite 8-) as little "margin" for error there as there is in a RMBS RIMM design pumped to 1600MHz! <vbg>

But the even worse, you read that projection and just tossed the words "to increase" right out. Do they have no meaning? Do you think they are trying to SCAM old "Ad Hommy" Lee and really meant to say: "...currently anticipated to BE between $7 million and $8 million,...?

Frankly that's what I hope "Ad Hommy" thinks. But if you were seriously considering "doing" this company. I am sure you will find out the facts to your satisfaction.

What really hurts my feelings though, is not the bias with which you read the above forward looking statement. Hell, I read every quote from Tate as saying: "Hello. My name is Tate. I'm a former Intel employee and I'm a liar." No bias is fine in my book. What gets my goat is that you clearly didn't bother reading my earlier disclosure of that "death spiral" specialty of yours, along with the rest of the really sexy bits underlying all those nasty X rated charts that are destroying DG's sight.

If you are close to management make sure they do not go the route of the floorless. I noted that Castle and Creek owns some stock, and if they approach them for "convertible debt", CC are very well known for going the floorless route.

Where do you think CC GOT their frickin shares? If you had read my prior posts you'd know that the Death Spiral Preferred issue has come and gone at the INN. Heck the former CEO was quoted in an article on this thread months ago discussing the hell they caused.

If you don't like the "prose" I write fine. No problemo. But if you expect me to discuss your biased analysis of the numerology then you will damn well read my responses. If there is something I haven't made clear; fine blame the "prose" and ask a question. I'll answer. If you don't have time to be bothered just say so. OK?
