To all! This thread is pretty dead (Hey, I'm a poet and I don't know it!) but I still have a very large interest in this company. Last quarter was great and the intro of ColourPass is confusing me. Apparently, ColourPass added about $1,000,000 to net revenues but I don't see much of a charge here. All I can find is a $139,000 charge in the last quarter. I always thought somebody had to get rich in a merger. Did RGFX make out like a bandit or am I not getting everything here. Also, First Call and Zacks are calling for $.59 and $.57 respectively. First Call : Q2 - .11 Q3 - .15 Q4 - .25 I don't have a problem with Q2 and Q3, but isn't Q4 a little too generous? DG
