Brightpoint and PCS One Enter Into Integrated Logistics Services Agreement biz.yahoo.com INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 20, 2001--Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ:CELL) announced today that its subsidiary, Brightpoint North America L.P., has entered into an agreement with PCS One (``PCS One''). Under the agreement, Brightpoint will provide certain integrated logistics services associated with handsets, accessories and SIM cards used in connection with PCS One's marketing of mobile telecommunications services. Brightpoint's services will include product packaging, order fulfillment, product distribution, reporting and warehouse management services in the United States. PCS One is a joint venture between the Pennsylvania-based communications company D&E Communications (NASDAQ:DECC - news) and VoiceStream® Wireless (NASDAQ:VSTR - news), the largest GSM carrier in North America. PCS One was the first company to offer 100% digital wireless communication in Central Pennsylvania.
