CCAA - Cala Corporation Announces Legal Action Against Stockpatrol.com Business Editors SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 20, 2001--Cala Corporation (OTC:CCAA) announced that it has retained the legal counsel of the Henry Law Firm to advise on possible cause of action against Stockpatrol.com for alleged dissemination of false information to investors. Joseph Cala, CEO of Cala Corporation stated that Stockpatrol.com has continued to publish disparaging, inaccurate and false articles about the corporation. Cala states their immediate concern is the Aug. 18th article regarding the form 10-QSB filed by Cala. On behalf of Cala Corporation, Mr. Cala has asked Stockpatrol.com to print a retraction of their August 18th article on the corporation, and to cease and desist in disseminating any further information which is false in nature.
