Hi, polvie
Actually, I'm not exactly o.k., just yet. Actually, it's amazing how the MD's change their tunes. Before, it's like "Just drop in on your lunch hour, we'll just pull it, and we'll have you back on the road again." Now, it's, "Well, of course your still hurting, your all bruised, your bloated like a pig, you can't bend or turn, nothing in your body is working, you're doubled over in pain, your hemorrhaging, you're gasping for breath, what did you expect? It'll all be gone in a month, or whenever. Whatever is happening to you, no matter what, it's all perfectly normal. Get over it. Sorry, I have to go now to operate on somebody. Goodbye, and best of luck."
Boy, do these good folk need some real help in the PR department.
As to the GB, the surgeon said it was pretty well beat up and did have some stones. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if it has been installed in some other unsuspecting patient by now.
