If justice is purely arbitrary, it is not justice

We've already had that philosophic discussion. You have your opinion. That's all that is. If you evaluate whether or not X has a distaste for justice based on that assumption, you're not being fair.

I haven't taken brees to task for the way he expressed it. We are all rarely as precise as we should be, particularly in the heat of a flame war. What I'm taking exception to is you, long after the passion has cooled, and with your honed ability to differentiate, calling it accurate. The most you can reasonably assert is that X has a non-traditional or even squirrelly sense of justice, or that she has a distaste for those who do not share her non-traditional or squirrelly sense of justice, not that she has a distaste for justice.
